Once we decide the concept of the event, the next step is selection of locations and the most appropriate services according to the type of event. We will forward you our detailed offer. All locations from our offers have always been checked by a representative of our agency regarding both accommodation standards and its facilities (conference room, outdoor/ indoor activities spaces, entertainment etc).
Menus and beverages packages will always cover the most various tastes (including people on diet), while the meals can be served according to the event type: catering, American buffet, set-menu or cooking just in front of the guests (like lunch on an island in Danube Delta).
When you will let us organize your event, you will have the pleasure to discover that from parking, set-up and design of conference rooms, flowers, mise en place and mise en assiette, scenotehnic, entertainment and guests welcoming, everything has been analyzed and prepared accordingly.
We know that time management is important, therefore one or two XbS representatives will be present on-site at your events to coordinate all activities and solve efficiently any unpredictable situation.
